      We strive to provide high-quality digital invitations that meet your needs. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review our refund policy below:

       

      1. No Refunds

      Digital Products: All sales of digital invitations are final. By completing your purchase, you agree to receive immediate access to your files and acknowledge that this means you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once your purchase has been completed and the digital invitation has been delivered to your account or email, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned.

       

      2. Exceptions

      Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue with your digital invitation that is the result of an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, we may offer a replacement or provide a refund at our discretion.

      Incorrect Product: If you received a digital invitation that does not match the description of the product you purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue or provide a refund if necessary.
